Am a mother of 3 grown up children (33, 28, 26), I live in NYC with my youngest daughter and our dog Nugget, We adopted Nugget 7 years ago and are regularly fostering shelter dogs, animal welfare is very important to us. Am vegetarian out of environmental concerns and use to say that running is my therapy...have run marathons in the US and Europe as well as a few triathlons.

She lives and works in New York City and Paris. Tri lingual and bi cultural she brings more than 20 years of experience as a people executive, leading global teams in the manufacturing, service, and technology industries. Manuela has a proven track record of accelerating performance through human capital management in a transformation context in both highly matrixed organizations and those undergoing hyper growth. Prior to Criteo she served as Vice President, Head of Human Resources for Product and Engineering at Compass in NYC, where she built and led the Human Resources team in the US and India. During her tenure as VP HR at ADP, Manuela relocated from Paris to New York City. She started her career at Steelcase, the office manufacturer, at their international headquarters in France where she developed her intercultural management skills. Manuela grew up in Germany and attended the University of Paris X and Strasbourg studying Law, later completing her Masters in Business Administration at IAE - Écoles Universitaires de Management in Strasbourg, France.
